Nestled in the jungle, overlooking the ocean, its sunrises, winds, starlit skies, leave the mind still and breathless. We also must acknowledge that we were so impressed by the 5 star service culture led by the General Manager, Andres, that we asked him once during the delicious gourmet treehouse breakfasts where he would come greet us, "Andres, what's the secret to this magic?" To which he responded without taking a beat, "truly caring about our employees." He said, "when you truly care about your team, that care is transferred to everyone who comes in contact with it." Knowing that made us happy and proud to invest every hard earned penny of ours into such an organization and culture, that we actually extended our stay, 3 times! We enjoyed tipping generously because everything was done with great care, and the result was creating a mutual appreciation that only made the experience more sublime. We felt like a living part of this work of art.

Special mentions go to Vicente and Rafael from reception, Paloma's delightful attention heading Kintoh, Elisa the lovely hostess, Omar at Senja for making sure service was always impeccable, all the servers and waiters for going the extra mile, Joaquin the ultra talented music producer and Dj at the unforgettable Sunset parties, Wendsy at the Spa for officiating our ceremonies, the incredible yoga teachers, Edgar, Sergio and especially Sophia, whose Goddess Yoga classes always made me feel reborn. And last but not least, all the "Wonderful Angels" as I call them for graciously being at our beck and call, organizing everything we needed with such a glorious attitude (will never forget how beautifully you arranged the surprise birthday bouquets, and the heaps upon heaps of delicious mangoes!). What else can I say, other than from the Soul, thank you, with our hands on our hearts.
