Great room on the beach! Great beach to hangout at all day long. But most of it, great staff, especially the restaurant staff who was genuinely hospitable and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Kudos to the Chef who made a special soup the day my husband got sick (from too much sun, not the food)...We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

Room Tip: get an ocean view room!

The beach, the rooms, and the staff were amazing. One of the best beaches in Tulum. It is almost the last resort before the eco-park. We were right on the beach and it was only a minute or two to the water. This is a great place except for the restaurant. They need to work on there menu and service. The restaurant is beautiful though. We would definitely go again when we hear that the restaurant has come up a few notches. There are other restaurants along the road. The staff and the managers are very helpful. I would like to mention Sergio. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Room Tip: Towards the beach are the best. There are no elevators so make sure you get a ground floor room is stairs are a problem.

My wife and I spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The villas on the beach and open restaurant was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was secluded at times on the beach and was great for relaxation. This Boutique hotel is a little further down the beach road. It's in walking distance if you want to walk to many of the restaurants, but a taxi for a few minutes was only $5. We rode bikes some days and walked others. The restaurant on property was excellent. The ceviche was the best of all in Tulum!

Room Tip: Order the ceviche!

My wife and I and our two sons stayed at the Hotel during a destination wedding. Many members of the bride's family and friends also stayed there. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfasts overlooking the Ocean was a perfect way to start the day. The Hotel's beachfront is why people travel to Tulum. The complimentary WIFI worked flawlessly. I highly recommend the Hotel for your trip to Tulum.

Room no3 was idyllic, literally on the beach. We could lie in bed and watch the waves crashing and the palms trees and white sand - absolutely magical. Although it's a quieter situation than other hotels as it's right at the end of the road, it's not a great location as the next few properties are all either derelict or building sites which is not very attractive. It was incredibly windy when we were there, really howling gales which got a bit much after a while. It meant that you never overheated on the beach, but it was so noisy. The rooms further back were definitely quieter and sheltered from the wind, but didn't have the great views that we did. Great sun loungers and huge mattresses and pillows. Most comfortable beach experience we've had for years! Good service on the beach, there's even free wifi on the sand! The food in the restaurant is not good and they really need to up their game to compete with other establishments in the area which offer outstanding food. Friendly staff. Rooms are small and simple, but that's all you need on the beach. Big beds. Great changing room with two showers, full of their lovely bath products that you can use if you've already checked out but want to spend every last minute on the beach before heading to the airport, as we did.

Room Tip: No 3 was idyllic, didn't see any others. Best view but very windy
