Never disappoints!

We brought a group of 8 couples and 3 solos, for my 50th birthday week, and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

There was something for everyone, with 5th Avenue night life, incredible food, places to escape to and did I mention my swim-up suite? Woot woot!

We did a wonderful tour to Tulum on our third day in., booked through Destino Riviera. (13 of us)
We visited the oceanfront ruins of a 1,000+ year old city, hung out on the amazing white sand beaches of Playa Paraiso, Tulum, followed by cave swimming in underground rivers of Tulum Cenote. Afterwards they fed us a delicious home cooked meal of chicken tacos, rice and beans. Perfect Day!

That evening 18 of us are at Alux, again under the city in caves beneath Playa. Soooo cool!

The pool vibe at Hilton PDC is awesome, the hydrotherapy circuit at Spazul and my full body massage and facial from Berenice on my last day was simply heavenly.

We’re reedy to come back, and we haven’t even left yet!! Thank you #playaresorts

Anniversary trip that went above and beyond!

This Hilton location is an absolute must for couples looking to get away! The food is amazing, staff are soooo friendly, staff work very hard to meet your needs and make it a very enjoyable trip! A must! The crew also work hard and maintaining and keeping the resort extremely clean. It’s quiet, on a nice beach and we felt very safe. When attending the restaurants, Gerardo was our server every night. He’s fantastic!! Again, everyone is so incredibly friendly. If your looking for souvenirs take a taxi to the Wal-Mart. It’s about $1.50 US each way. The concierge will get a taxi for you. It saves the haggling from the street vendors and you won’t overpay. They also have everything very organized for covid testing to prepare for your trip back home at no cost to the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. Our room was exceptionally clean and it was cleaned every day. You can really tell the staff cafe about their work ethic, it shows. They have a smile on their faces and greet you with a hand on their heart. We had a room facing the water and the pool. It was very quiet at nighttime. We don’t have a single bad thing to say about the resort. We will definitely be coming back!

Dinner Service

AMAZING! Pedro was awesome! We were so lucky to have him for our server at a birthday dinner tonight! Thank you Pedro for your amazing hospitality and service. You have really started our trip off it’s a bang!

The best stay year after year

I can’t rave enough about the staff at the Hilton Playa del Carmen. They really are the ones that make the Hilton special.

Chef’s plate: shoutout to Jesus and Omar! Thank you for your warm hospitality.

The guys at Pelicanos and Spice: Lucas, Jose, Amaya, Adan, Paco, Manuel May, Javier P, Javier O, Jeovany, Reynaldo, Fredy, Ernesto, and Alejandro always took care of me and my parents. Making sure we always had enough coffee, juice and took the time to converse with my parents and make their day.

Bartender: Alan Ruiz, this guy really knows his stuff! You can catch him at the bar in the lobby or walking around Pelicanos with a bar cart mixing up drinks. THE best.

Coffee bar: I don’t remember their names but there was always a young women and a gentlemen early mornings that were always so cheerful and welcoming. Thank you for making my espresso shots every morning.

Best staff ever!!! The service is Amazing! The food was absolutely Amazing!! I can’t even explain how great this place is! The housekeeping keeps your room beautiful! The drinks keep coming! The staff is so appreciative of everything! I can’t thank them enough!
