We stayed with our two teenagers (14 and 16) for ten nights over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. When we got to our room we could not believe the ocean views from the room and balcony. I have been to many fabulous places but this view was a definite “wow” moment. The people at the resort are super nice and we tried all four restaurants. Alfredo di Roma and the Mexican restaurant were our favorites but all restaurants in the resort offer good quality food. The hotel has a vast beach and reef area where the snorkeling is excellent. Crystal clear water and lots of fish and marine life (especially early in the morning). Scuba Du is the dive shop on the premises but the Marina is in close vicinity and the other dive operators usually come and pick you up by boat from the resort dock. Karina at the front desk is lovely and professional, the staff cleans your room at least once a day and brings fresh towels in the evening, and the mini-bar is included in the stay. The Spa area is very nice and relaxing. We loved the Mai Tais and sunsets, and did a few diving and fishing trips including a night dive. At night is when the reef predators come out. The dive sites are super close to the El Presidente, and the west side is where the coral reefs are. Finally kind and generous people everywhere who clearly take pride in working at such an awesome place. We will come back for sure hopefully sooner than later.

The room was ocean front and had great space with an awesome view - a short walk to the beach. Lots of towels and no fighting for lounge chairs.
There is an easy entrance to the caribbean by a dock and ladders which meant you didnt have to walk over the rough rocks/coral. Lots of snorkeling and scuba off the beach.

The lifeguarding and clean staff was excellent -always curteous and friendly. There were hotel bicycles to utilize for a ride safely into Cozumel (there is a bike designated bike lane )which made my trip.
The pool was heated to utilize should you require or prefer warmer water ( the sea was perfect temperature).
We sure appreciated all the little extra's that made our holiday that much more special.
There was great environmentally conscious products in the room. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and bug spray -really nice as very natural.

Sunsets spectacular. Guitarist in the main dinning area was superb.

Wheelchair accessible for less abled people.

We spent 10 wonderful days here in late November. The service was good and everyone was friendly. Food was very good. We spent most of our time on the beach at the far end closest to the marina. Fun to watch all the boats. Many excursions leave from that marina. The snorkeling off the beach was great. We made a trip into town to stock up on supplies at the Mega grocery store - snacks and alcohol. There are ice machines in the hotel to fill small coolers and tumblers. Tip: the breakfast buffet is good but a little expensive. However, it includes two drinks which makes it much more reasonable. The property never felt crowded. No seaweed issues. Beautiful sunsets. Not the beat choice for young children. Seemed more like an adults only hotel which was great for us. Enjoy your stay!!!
