I need to start my review with Marco. Marco greeted us as we entered the hotel and throughout our stay was super attentive. He immediately got our names and not once did he forget them.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and the rooms were very prettily decorated. The location was conveniently located to the ruins so it was just a couple minute walk.
Only negative we could comment on was there needs to be an ice bucket in the rooms and easier access to ice. That said, we would have been fine if we weren’t drinkers, but we wanted to be able to sit on balcony and have an evening drink (or two) without calling for room service.
I would highly recommend this location for couples or family with young children. We would pay the extra amount to get a bungalow next time, the hotel does not have elevators and we were on the top floor which is quite a hike when you need something from your room or just spent 5 hours walking the ruins.
Last negative would be internet. The internet is very limited.More
