Owner description: The adjoining parish church of the huge Metropolitan Cathedral, El Sagrario was constructed in 1750 and is noteworthy in its own right.

I wouldn't go so far as to call this little church an overlooked gem, but is certainly worth a quick look-see. It is located right next to the Cathedral.
