Very nice beach, white sand and clear water. You still can swim in the afternoon with low tide. So maybe it's a good idea to spend the morning in Railay West and go after lunch to Phra Nang Beach. Here you can see rock climbing activities, mostly in the morning. Several "tourists" doing the 4-island tour can be seen in life-jackets arriving and departing after a short while. In the morning, almost no sand available to place your towel. As the tide is lower, more sand is available and you can place your towel, either under the trees shadow or under the sun.

It's one of the beast beaches in Thailand. It's considered venerable as it has a temple in a cave which people come to worship. It has beautiful white sand and clean waters. It is covered as a part of the four island tour from Phuket and Krabi both. This place has a washroom also. The best feature of this beach is its caves which are very interesting.

The beach has nice soft sand and the greenish tinged water is pretty clear. However, when we arrived at around 10:30am the whole beach was mobbed with people! There was barely a spare spot on the sand. We went swimming down near the cliffs and climbed up to go exploring through some caves which my children loved. So, I’m glad we came for that!
