We used Reggie with Nevis Adventure Tours. We took water taxi over from Reggae Beach and Reggie picked us up at 830. We did the Up and Over Hike. Do not attempt if not in good physical shape! We loved the hike/climb/rappel. You will get muddy but it was well worth it. Reggie was great and gave instruction/help to people who needed it ! There are some really steep climbs that you will use roots and ropes to get up. There are slippery descents that you will need ropes to get down. Overall awesome day and I highly recommend Reggie!

To celebrate our 29thanniversary, we signed up for the Nevis Peak tour and with the able and totally reliable help of our guide, Geilee we reached the summit. It's an incredible hike, not for the faint hearted or timid, tough but well worth it. Go with sturdy shoes, water and if you can, gloves. The ropes really help with the climb up and down and while fine with bare hands, gloves might be nice. You will be using your arms as much as your legs. This hike is a great total body workout. It was a beautiful day and the views at mid point and the top were spectacular. You will surely feel proud of the effort to get to the top and back. Gellie was terrific. Thank you! We signed up for this at the Four Seasons Hotel but available from other Nevis hotels too.

A group of friends came to visit the island and one wanted to hike the mountain. I was recommend to contact this company and went to their website. Website did not contain much info specific to the questions my friends had, so I tried to call. Neither phone worked, one was disconnected, the other was unreachable. I sent an emailasking for information and after 26 hours recieved a reply that answered 1 of 5 questions. My friends did get their hike, but not with this company.

Through the Four Seasons, we were booked with Nevis Adventure Tours for a waterfall hike on Nevis peak. Reggie was our tour guide and did a superb job. The terrain is tough - dense jungle, hot, at times steep. I would say it is a challenging hike but the waterfalls are beautiful and more than worth it. By the time we finished the 2.5 hour hike in, the quick dip in one of the swimming holes was perhaps one of the most refreshing experiences we have had. Along the way, we learned a lot from Reggie. He was very knowledgable of the island and was a pleasure to hike with. This is a great way to see the rural areas of Nevis.

Based on other TripAdvisor comments, we hired Reggie to guide us up to Nevis Peak (we = mom and dad in their 40s, athletic 9 and 15 year olds. Demanding, but awesome hike. 2:20 to the top and 2 hrs return trip. First hour up was a steep hike and the remainder was climb/scramble with ropes, roots, and rocks. We had 6 liters of water and drank it all between us. Adults definitely muddy, sweaty, and tired at the end of it. Reggie is helpful and encouraging.
