We took 3 planes to Montserrat anxiously anticipating our return to Ponts. We could hardly wait to once again relax on the deck, sipping our ginger drinks and watching the bright sun slip into the sea while the pelicans nose-dived for dinner. After the sunset, John set up a table on the deck so we could dine right under the thousands of stars. We enjoyed pumpkin soup, lobster bisque, shrimp and fish cooked with so much flavor. In fact, John had caught the fish himself. But we especially enjoyed John's hospitality. He has so many interesting stories about all the hard work and persistence in starting and operating his restaurant and how it is truly a labor of love. We were fortunate to meet his son who was visiting from England.
You must visit Montserrat to spend some memorable time at Ponts!!!!
