for italian it really wasnt very flavorful. Alfredo was thin. It could be just a taste thing, but it was just ok

Wonderful little shop on property of Hard Rock, Staff and products are excellent especially the Ice Cream Sandwiches lol.

Never received my meal, walked out disgusted at personal, lack of customer service and or proper training. Friend received 3 small mushroom stuffed raviolis in a bath of oil that were not cooked.

No flavor in any of the dishes. Not sure why the marinara was so bland when at least at the pizza place it had more flavor.

We arrive late on our first day at the resort, so we couldn't get reservations at other restaurants. Since it is a buffet, they seat you as tables open up. It is big and that happens fast. Realize that it is a buffet so you have lots of choices, but it is not table service.
Breakfast was really good. You have choices of everything you can think of. There are chefs that will cook your eggs any way you want. We went there every morning.
