This is one of the most magical places I have ever stayed in. They're customer service is nothing like I've ever seen in Manila. They are not only nice, but highly engaged in conversation with the guests. They make an effort to go above and beyond what is expected. Truly, a 5 star resort. Not to mention how amazing the scenery is as well. From the domesticated animals that you see free-roming the area, to the hidden water falls area that they have---truly this is a place where I can be proud to call a Filipino 5-star resort. "Nasa Pilipinas ang San Benito, it makes me proud to be a Filipino."

I would like to commend Mr. Graceson Canda, their senior guest ambassador for being the very best host. He is an asset to the Farm. I'm looking forward to spending more time there again with my family.

The Farm, without a doubt is a great escape from the city into a greener surrounding. We found it relaxing however the rooms, food( especially indian) and service at the restaurants needs improvement on a lot of fronts. When you pay a bomb for your trip you expect higher standards. The rooms can be more spacious, the food can be served quicker and meals on the menu that clearly state " available throughout the day" must actually be exactly that . For a wellness resort the food was quite OK with less choices for non philippinos. The menu does boast of quite a few Indian food dishes but the portions are ridiculously tiny compared to both the bowls they are served in and the price at which they come . Regardless of how many stars a resort is the meal portions must match the price list , food at both Alive and Prana didnt live up to that hype . The activites are a bare minimum and adding a few more would be a great idea. The weekend ended on a good note and so must this review. The staff , each one of them deserves a pat on the back for being such kind , friendly souls . Not one person passes by without wishing you . The massage at the Farm needs a mention too. An experience of a lifetime it was , all credit to the therapists . The Farm has clearly found a way of maximizing and imparting the benefits of coconut oil to its guests . The body polish , oils and soaps are fabulous and buying them is value for money. A good refreshing stay at a resort that clearly comes with a price , slightly over priced at that !!

The Farm is beautiful and serene. Staff wad very friendly and accommodating especially Ms. Irene, she was the one who coordinated my Husbands surprise dinner at the Big Lagoon. She even gave us her personal number if we needed anything.

100% for customer service.

I was just a little upset with my booking name. (They used my maiden name). Which offended my husband a little (yes it does matter) they should be careful on what to write in the booking details.

Also the covid testing form. They asked us to submit it 7 days prior and when we arrived at the Farm the nurses asked us to FILL UP THE FORM AGAIN. Which is quiet annoying especially for those who read and followed the Farms rules.

Then again it was an unforgetabble experience for us and our 2 year old daughter.

We will definitely go back soon.

It's our first time being here at "The FARM". My children had shifted from the amusement trips / Disneyland and Shopping spree vacations to resting and breaking from the city traffic and chaos. Everyon in "The Farm" were so amiable and pleasant. Their friendliness and very welcoming made our short stay truly very wonderful and great. Special mention to Dra. Franco. Big Thanks to Ms. Dhally and Darlene. Thanks also to Giselle, Aila and Ms. Jennere; and of course thank you Jether (from Alive Restaurant for serving our request even if food is from the other restaurant Pesce). It was a worthwhile vacation for me and my children for the great relaxing experience. To "The Farm", management team and staff, thank you very muvh from the bottom of our hearts. To the guests, don't forget to try their Tiramisu and Koibito's Gelato from Pesce restaurant!

Very nice place to eat and hangout. Very welcoming, warm and nice staff. Thanks Chef Marie for the good food.

A place where you want to relax and have a healthy but sumptuous meal.

There are also other restaurants such as Pesce (seafood) and Prana (indian food), which are also good.
