Location is great. But wifi sucks. It literally is almost useless. And also, for breakfast they serve 3-in-1 instant coffee. Even if you order brewed coffee they do not have any which is kinda weird cause this is Lipa, Batangas we are talking about. It was a really sad morning.

It's my first time to attend a party here. The banquet pleace is quite small and kind of congested. Probably because of the table arrangements. Overall, the front desk is accommodating and the place is nice. Very accessible to public and it's just at the back of a mall. Should I host a party, this hotel will be one of my choice in Lipa City.

The location was good enough. Its walking distance to Robinsons Lipa through the back gate. Its also a walking distance towards the main highway where Starbucks and Shakeys awaits you.

We booked room B-310, a family room with 3 beds for P3,500. I comes with free breakfast although the hotel staff only prepared 2 packs for breakfast instead of 3. The breakfast itself has rice, fried bangus and egg plus instant 3 in 1 coffee. I dont coffee so I asked for some chocolate drinks instead. The hotel will charge a certain amount so i just cancel that deal.

The room was nice enough for business travelers wherein a good sound sleep is the basic requirement. Our room was located on the annex building and there are no directional signs available on the hotel. We end up walking towards the storage room instead of the lobby.

The staffs are nice and accommodating. We were able to check out in less than 5mins.

Travelers beware of this hotel. Go Hotel in nearby Robinsons is a 3 star compared to this. They will charge you for your whole stay, as soon as you check in, then refuse to refund you. WE checked in and the aircon was not working, it was very noisy, and the free breakfast was horrible, it tasted like carton. You had to request for the remote of the aircon, same with the TV. Bathroom drain was not working, everytime you took a bath the water would flood up.

Room Tip: DON'T CHECK IN AT THIS HOTEL. Look at the rooms before check in

We checked in just before midnight. The receptionist offered us different rates. Around 1000 Pesos for 12 hours or 1200 pesos for a night. Since check out time was 12 noon, it really didn't matter, so we took the 1000 pesos option. Another staff showed us also different rooms. All rooms shown looked almost the same but we took the one which looked more cozy. It had a nice queensize bed, a large full body mirror, an aircon and a bathroom. All the things you really need. During the night we heard some noises coming from the aircon. We thought it were rats but since we were extremely sleepy, we didn't bother that much. In the morning we woke up and it was really hot in the room. So we called the reception to check on the aircon. An engineer came immediately, opened the aircon and found ice. He mentioned that it needed some time to fix and offered us another room on the same floor. We moved as we could't stand the heat in the room. At 12 noon sharp the reception called us. It was check out time already, we said that we are about to check out and asked for another 30 min. We were bothered after 20 min by another staff member who knocked on our door. We finally checked out and the reception asked for another 100 pesos since we didn't check out at 12 noon sharp. Since it was just 100 pesos we didn't say anything and paid. All in all, the hotel is great for the money you pay. If we come back? Definitely.
