We always booked in La corona hotel, this is my husband favorite hotel because its easy access, friendly and helpful people, great food everyday! We will surely go back whenever we visit Philippines! Highly recommended.

First time traveling to the Philippines unfortunately I came due to a family emergency and this was booked last minute due to its close vicinity to Lipa Medix medical center. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. My room had no window so it felt like a dungeon, the bed was so uncomfortable and my room smelled of cigarettes the entire time. The staff was very nice but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. My biggest concern was that there was no safe to put my valuables so not only did I have to keep my passport with me the whole time but I made sure to lock my luggage with my laptop and other valuables. It was a very uneasy feeling especially since we were international travelers. Needless to say I will never be staying here again and I would not recommend.

Rooms have dim lighting which could be improved since the property is primarily catering to business travelers and the lighting is not conducive to working. WiFi can also be improved. Staircase going to the rooms are steep and it can be a challenge going up/down for PWDs and elderly.
On the other hand, we really loved the service of the staff as they are very friendly and attentive. They also offer buffet breakfast with many menu variations. They are right across SM City Lipa and the over pass going there is right in front of the property.

the room was very neat, and the staff a re very kind and accommodating, although ordering of food is a little hustle, payment should be incorporated in the room billing during check out. or should be done during the delivery of the ordered food.
