Located at a major city in Batangas, thus large property boasts of a beautiful golf course & man made lagoons. The (superior) room we got was spacious, scenic as it was overlooking the golf course, kids' playground & swimming pool. The water was cold though as it was a rainy/cloudy weekend. But most guests swam anyway. Since i am a PWD, i found the facilities accessible - complete with ramps & walkways.
Only downside? The food. The only restaurant in the entire double digit hectares property's prices are just quite steep.
Also, Room Rates didn't include any Breakfast so make sure you bring your own. They're not strict in bringing your own food anyway.
If you like their complimentary coffee like we did (Xandro's barako brew - very delicious!) that you'd like to buy some for your own home stash, they sell them at the front desk for PhP155.00 for a box of 10 seep bags.
If you feel gastronomically adventurous, there are so many choices not too far from the resort. There are local grilleries, mall based restaurants, and a great revelation: Café de Lipa, for great coffee choices & desserts.
