Perfect location on a quiet street

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Nov 24, 2024
Perfect location. Right in the heart of Shinjuku but on a quiet street. Some complained the rooms are small, didn't seem too small for a major city. Comfortable bed, extra pillows, nice towels and robes. Water dispensers on each floor is nice. Save on buying bottled water. Shower was fantastic. Great pressure. Love japanese bathrooms with the shower/bath in its own room. I'd def stay here again next time!

Great hotel near the station. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. Our room was small but had a nice bathroom, comfortable beds and a nice view of the Shinjuku skyline. Our booking included breakfast which had hot coffee and fried eggs to order which was nice. Some of the western options were a bit odd, and the fruit selection was very limited, but it was a decent enough spread to get some fuel in your legs. The location is in the south west corner of Shinjuku which is a bit away from the action but it’s very easy to get anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

There was another review that stated this is a 2.5-3 star hotel, which is about right. The first impression is bad. If the hotel is listening, get all the ads and signs off the front desk, clean out all the crap behind it, get the little kiosks out of the lobby, rip off the posters you have taped to the walls, and re-do the floors of the elevators. You can't fix the fact the you need another elevator and your rooms are small, but make a better first impression. Besides small, the rooms are bare bones with little space to put anything. We upgraded to the 30 Sq Mtr room after not being able to turn around in the 25 Sq Mtr room.

On the positive side, the staff was competent and friendly, and the breakfast is quite good.

All in all, you can do better.

Great location with a very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of western and local food. The front desk staff speaks English and were very helpful in getting my luggage sent to my next hotel. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Shinjuku train station.

Great location. Five minutes from Shinjuku station so able to wheel suitcases there with ease. Staff very friendly, hotel was clean. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but had dinner there one evening which was good.

Downside is the price, which was on the high side for the small room size. No bar or lounge area makes the room size more of an issue. Having said that, I’d stay again for the location, it’s an excellent base for Shinjuku/Shibuya.

Room tip: Easy five minute stroll from station, can wheel suitcases.

This boutique hotel is new, modern, clean and in the perfect location - 5 mins walk to Shinjuku station but in a quiet street. The rooms are on the smaller side and unfortunately no drawers, only hanging space but this wasn’t an issue. Breakfast is excellent with eastern and western cuisine. Drinking water stations on every floor and microwave/ washing machines on a few floors. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
