Great location, near both Shinjuku station and Yoyoji station. Many restaurants, convenient stores nearby. There's a 7-11 just downstairs, you can withdraw cash there too.
Great view, we even saw mount Fuji from our room one morning (we stayed for more than 10 days). Also great view from the breakfast restaurant.
Daily high quality housekeeping. Amenities in the room get restocked every day.
Elevator from street to lobby and then walk through the lobby to another elevator for going up to room. Staff are always very busy at the reception, but when they're not, they do greet you, which is nice.
Breakfast is good. But I do have two complaints: it's exactly the same every single day, even the fruit. After a week, I didn't even want to go anymore. A bit of change and variety would be appreciated. And breakfast finishes too early, basically we need to finish eating at 10am. I understand that staff need time to prepare for lunch setting, but even if it's a half hour extension, it'd be appreciated by the guests who are holidaying.
Light blocking curtains, very quiet, if you're looking for a place to recover from jetlag, look no further.
Good size room with a king size bed and a long sofa chair by the big window. I heard rooms in Japan are small so I think this one really is a good size. Bedsheets aren't very soft though, could use some improvement. Pillows are too soft, not enough options.
Staff are very helpful, they helped us to store our suitcases, answered all our questions. Will happily stay here again.
