After a 14 hour flight and metro ride from the airport, the comfort of the lounge with coffee was very welcome.
Although we were too early to check in we were able to sit in the lounge and staff took our details so that we could go directly to our room when the time came.
Once in our room we were not disappointed. The room was large with far reaching views.
Luxurious toiletries provided was a nice treat.
Plenty of choice for breakfast and we took a snack in the lounge at the end of the day.
The hotel is large, but a premier grand room is a great choice.
Close enough to walk to Shinjuku and see the bright lights or catch a metro from the station.

Fantastic hotel in prime location in Shinjuku. We stayed on the Grand Premier levels which includes a really nice lounge with snacks and drinks and a private dining room which has a simple breakfast of both western and eastern choices. The Grand Permier room was well appointed and provided great range of bathroom vanity items which were replaced during the stay. It catered for families with children which included kids bathroom vanity items eg kids face washers etc, it also provided a large soft play kids room on level 47 which was great for the parents who wanted to have some evening drinks while still being able to supervise their kids. The hotel was also close by to a park for parents who wanted to take their kids to a children’s park. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families. Staff were very friendly and service was great.

Excellent spacious rooms with beautiful views. The club lounge is fantastic and much nicer to have breakfast at as the main dining rooms are very busy and catering for a large volume of people.
My only complaint is the swimming pool not being open. It was 35c and so humid and I was really keen to have a swim. However the pool is only open in July and August. What a wasted opportunity for the hundreds of guests.
The location is amazing and the light show on the building next door was spectacular.
