My wife and I stayed here for a quick two day trip to Tokyo. We both loved the location and the room. It was an quick 5 minute walk from the Tokyo train station and across the street from the palace. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Tokyo.

Staffs were polite and friendly, location was convenient, complimentary wifi was smooth, and in-room dining was a delight. The design was classy and elegant, it's also very practical in ways. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.Would definitely return for another stay.

From the moment you drive up, you are greeted with the amazing staff! We had a club level floor therefore we were ushered upstairs to the club level checkin where we were offered a welcome drink along with the complimentary afternoon tea and snack. The complimentary breakfast buffet was equally as delicious. Our room was spacious , the bathroom beautiful with wonderful smelling toiletries. The hotel and rooms were perfect mix of modern Japanese. The location is superb as it sits over a subway station/mall or just a 2 block walk to Tokyo train station. We traveled with our 2 young kids and the staff always went out of their way to make them feel special. The concierge was extremely helpful in organizing tours and dinner reservations. In addition, there is plenty of shopping nearby. If I'm ever back in Tokyo I will make sure to stay at this wonderful hotel again!

Room tip: palace garden view was beautiful

We have stayed in this hotel many times- in fact every time we visit Tokyo. It is located in the most prime area in Tokyo- nearby the imperial palace and marunouchi (nice to just take a walk especially during Christmas illumination!) We stayed in rooms with balcony (very rare in Tokyo!) and it kinda reminds you of Central Park in Manhattan when you look out from your balcony and see the Tokyo skyline, palace, river and greens. The hotel is quite new and very elegant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service was great - the concierge helped us book out all the restaurants we want to go and gave us a map with locations/reservation details labeled out! Also the restaurants inside the hotel are also worth trying. It's very convenient in terms of location as well - the subway is connected to the underground of the hotel, and Tokyo station is just nearby. Would definitely visit whenever we are in Tokyo.

My husband and I chose to stay at the Palace hotel and we are so thankful we did. We arrived late at night and they were nothing less than spectacular. They provide laundered pajamas whixh was amazing not to have to unpack before jumping into bed. The hospitality is magnificent and they are so helpful. They upgraded us for our honeymoon and we were given access to use the lounge. The gym has beautiful views out the windows.
