During our brief stay from 13th May to 15th May 2016, Regent Taipei's team of staff has been nothing short of being exemplary, all the way from the top to the ground staff. Me and my fiancée has nothing but praises; especially my fiancée who felt indulged in the Regent experience right from the moment she stepped out from the airport. From the Limousine Chauffeur (to-and-fro airport transfer), the Bellboy at the doors, the ground floor staff; this impeccable level of service rendered could only arise from the high level of training that Regent has embarked on.

The following people had left a strong impression on us and we would wish to highlight them:

Jenny Chang, our Assistant Chief Butler who had coordinated the preparation and execution from the moment I set foot out from the limousine. The impromptu meeting sessions, the long hours of preparations on her end, the wonderful room decoration by her team. Most importantly, she and her two other ladies who had assisted in capturing this wonderful and precious moment. The surprise proposal would not have taken place on my own without her assistance.

Rebecca, the day butler who spent time recommending as well as guiding us some places to fulfill some of our shopping checklist.

Elaine, the server from Robin’s Grill who had attended to us for dinner. She was attentive to our queries and assisted us beyond the norm of table service during the course of dinner. Even though both of us do not take beef, the alternate selections at the steakhouse was still unexpectedly delicious.

The Tai Pan or Executive level of experience is something that One will live and die for - the professional and detailed care for your needs. Any questions made at any time of the day is either met with an informed or instant reply, if not be followed up by a quicker-than-the-norm via various means possible. The butlers are well-groomed and willing to go the extra mile, something which we have not experienced in some of the other equally high-end establishments which we have encountered.

We are very well-satisfied with our stay and experience in Regent Taipei, and we will strongly recommend the Regent brand to our friends and families (who have had heard our story in the past 2 days) when they visit Taipei in future. Thank you for being part of our life event!

I stayed here whilst in Taipei for a conference. I enjoyed the rooms and facilities, particularly the Brasserie restaurant.

The rooms themselves were spacious and well supplied with Soaps etc. Plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom was appreciated as it meant enough room to move around not having to avoid fixtures or furnishings. The room was kept clean by housekeeping and well presented daily.

The communal areas also looked well presented, the only slight downside being the heat of the lobby, mainly as a result of the front doors being frequently opened.

Staff were helpful in answering queries. Bar and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

Overall a good stay. Best of all, wifi included in the rate.

Excellent service and I liked very much. This is my first trip to Taipei and hotel management has provided their extended support to adjust in Taipei. The breakfast , lunch items are good. The dinner time in Regent Taipei ...just awesome. Nice music and lot of varieties in menu. Just awesome.
The roof top swimming pool.. maintained cleanly. I can strongly recommended to stay here...

我們參加旅行團來到台北入住這店一晚,早上退房後一行人打算上旅遊車離開,酒店方面不準旅遊車使到正門,只準停泊在正門斜路下的地方,酒店也不願意協助處理我們的行李,我們一行人只可自己抬著行李走下斜路梯級,當時下著雨,地下又滑,真是得狼狽,當中有一位團友更是行動不便,我不認為這是五星級酒店應有的服務,實在令人很失望。
We joined a travel tour to visit Taipei and stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel didn't allow the coach to stop right at the front door. It was only allowed to stop at somewhere downslope near the front door. After we checked out, the hotel didn't offer any help on our luggage. We can only carry our own laggage and walk downslope to our coach. It was raining and the floor was wet. I can't imagine it's the service of a 5-star hotel. I feel very disappointed.

The hotel is great not for the location. It's in city center but not too close to metro link. It's great for the service.All the staff are very helpful,especially the one in the buffet. My husband has some difficulty in walking,the buffet was full at that time and we're assigned to a table at the far end. Later when they had a closer table, they offered to transfer us even we haven't requested. Everyone serve you with a smile. I think this is called Service.
