Recently took a group of 18 teenage children here for dinner.
Excellent venue for larger groups - we had two large tables.
Surrounded by lots of family groups, lovely atmosphere.
Started off by ordering 3 types of steamed dumplings - classic pork, vegetable & vegetable with pork. All freshly cooked, arrived steaming hot at our tables. Lovely taste enjoyed by all.
Followed by a range of freshly cooked dishes including prawns with snowpeas, chicken with cashew nuts, tofu with green veg, scallops with asparagus and excellent vegetable rice.
All the students enjoyed the food with most plates being cleared by hungry teenagers!
Local taiwanese tea was served with the food. Staff were both friendly and helpful.
A very enjoyable dinner. You will usually need to book in advance. A popular restaurant in the "expat" district of Taipei.
