This stand has opened over 100 years. It's the most famous Ding edge file (鼎邊銼) stand in Taiwan. You can also order its material bag on the Internet, and make it on your own in your house. Ding edge file is made from rice contains lilies, pork, shrimp, mushrooms, squid, mushrooms, bamboo shoots. Ding edge file itself is very Q and smells really good. It's always in my pocket list when I have the opportunity to go to Keelung night market. It's the best delicacy in Keelung. If you're Taiwanese, I speculate that you definitely ate it before. If you're foreigners, when you come to Taiwan, never doubt to go to Keelung to experience this traditional Taiwan food!
