Approaching this restaurant from the street, you sea a modest and somewhat small restaurant. Inside, the chef/owner greats you and the tables are all wood and appears to be handmade. At the front counter, there is various items for sale, including a famous plum and other fruit vinegar.
At Chabudo Restaurant, there is no menu as it changes based on the available fresh seafood. this is a great place for a larger group of people because there are so many wonderful courses offered to all quests. The pictures in this review tells the real story. Each course is prepared different ways with different seafood, and presented to each table of customers. One note, there is an awesome amount of food, and you need to be patient between courses. Based on the available seafood that day, the chef designs a wonderful meal with a variety of cuisines.
During several courses, the restaurant servers offer you a small cup of their various fruit vinegars that compliment the specific course. the presentations of each course is different and excites your appetite.
this is a very unique style restaurant that offers some of the freshest and best variety of seafood (in one meal seating) in Taiwan. If you love fresh seafood and creative cuisines, then this is the restaurant that you have to try to have a wonderful feast of a lifetime!
