Ate here January 22, 2015, as guests of a doctor in Tainan. The moment we walked in we recognized it as a restaurant we'd seen on satellite TV while in the US. It's owned by a couple who also serve as chefs and managers. The husband is a retired ROC Air Force pilot who flew F-5 and F-16 US fighters. His wife attended culinary school in Phoenix, Arizona while her husband was in pilot training at Luke Air Force Base.
Very nice couple. Very good food. Exceptionally clean restaurant. The owners and some of the staff are comfortable using English.
It's a steak house with USDA Prime Angus beef. However, it also serves pork and chicken dishes.
The prices are reasonable, but not cheap. They are not, however, crazy expensive like some in Taipei and even in Tainan. For what one gets, we think it's a great place to have a special meal or just a night on the town.
We will go there again.
I cannot read Chinese and don't speak Chinese or Taiwanese. On the business card, the address is shown as No. 108, Zonta Road, but I think it's shown on maps as Chongde Road.
