Best Cantonese dinsum in town. During summer months of July and August there's traditional taro ice cream offered after meal. Very nice!

Not expecting very high tip top quality but I must admit that the Food at the Chinese Restaurant is not a bad choice with good environment. This is one of the rare fine dining restaraunt which serves dim sum in the evening too.
Cripsy Char Siew is on their must try list. In my opinion, good to try new taste. Meat is tender but over rated. Service quality is good.
Shrimp dumpling is served in a unique way with little drip of red vinegar to inject into the dumpling when served.
The glass noodle with prawns is nice. We had a few more seafood dishes which I think there's no fault with it.
The restroom of the restaurant is unique. It's filled with the smell of the Juniper from Taiwan.
Look out for the life size horse at the lobby and also near the main road in front of the hotel.

Geat hotel is right across the street from the main rail station which is convenient for high speed rail and local MRT. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, the room and bed is comfortable, quiet, lots of space to unpack and charge electronics, and the overall atmosphere is luxurious.. The staffs at the hotel are friendly & efficient

I went to Le Palais restaurant for a lunch banquet, and the vibe was very intimate yet it was still appropriate for business meetings.

The inside decor is very interesting, with dark oak furniture as the main feature. It's located at the top of the hotel/building, and right next to the entrance is the gym, which is kind of odd.

The food itself was more fusion, but for a restaurant called "Le Palais" I expected a bit more European influences, while most of the food we had was Chinese. I will say that the beef was very well cooked and I enjoyed my meal.

Service was attentive, and this was probably the most "formal" meal that I had while in Taiwan for the week. Everyone seems very prim and proper, though none of the waiters seemed to speak English.
