The hotel is located at a very strategic place. The service i would say is excellent. I would praise Nick at the reception area who without being told attended to our need with smile. The beds are small but comfortable and clean enough. They have restaurants in the hotel with michelin star which is quite pricey but we did not have time to try that. Across the street there are plenty of restaurants with great Taiwanese food.

Nice hotel, friendly and professional staff, good situation in the city. But ask for a bedroom at the opposite of the avenue. my room was so noisy that I had to buy ear plugs for my stay ! Not up to the advertised standard. No swimming pool and no bar available too...

Room tip: Superior queen room

This hotel is extremely well located, close to department store and to all travelling commodities ( HSR and MRT). The staff is extremely professional, dedicated and charming. The room, set with all amenities , was large and very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was excellent. We had an unforgettable lunch experience at the three Michelin stars on 17 Floor.
Definitely a place where I would like to return

Hotel is very central. Right next to a shopping mall connected to MRT and 2 very central line. Connects to the HSR and bus station as well.
Your taxi will stop you hotel front but on the road. The concierge staff are super attentive. The min we got out from the taxi there were came straight to us to help us with the luggage. Check in is on the 6th floor and was super smooth. Celebrated my bday weekend there with a friend. They were flowers and cakes when we walked in the room.
The general manager was very friendly. He went around greeting all the guest at dinning area. Some of the staff english are ok some are not. Is not a big problem, we just need to be a patient with them since english is not their 1st language but they try to communicate as much as they can.
Breakfast is the same very morning though but there is so much to eat and quite a vast variety. So just pace yourself over breakfast over a few mornings. Then it won't be boring. I do find the hotel a little bit too dim but I guess it makes the hotel feel cozy.
The rooms are spacious enough. Bed is very comfy. Romantic enough for couples i think. The buttons in the room for the lights are a bit confusing. There is no door to your bath or shower area only a curtain. So if you are sharing room with friends would be a bit awkward.
Overall the experience is fantastic. Would recommend this hotel.
However the downside is there is NO bar in the hotel and they charge corkage if you bring your own bottle. There is also NO walking distance bar around the area. So if you are looking for a nite out and walk back is definitely not possible. To find a hotels around bar look up 101 tower area.
