As advertised 5 stars resort on social media that overall were below 5 stars standard.
1.room was not ready, we had to waited for 30 minutes ( we arrived there at 15.00 hrs. not early check in)
2.there was a problem with air condition, we waited for 3 hours till they moved us to next room ( we called to reception 2 times and sent messages to staff via facebook inbox for follow up)
Imagine 3 hours stayed at room, hey! we went Phuket for travel, we went there for relax not for stayed inside the room.
3.no covid19 measure when we arrived
4.breakfast buffet no hand glove service due to covid19
5.breakfast choice were very limited ( if you have to pay extra for breakfast so please considering)
6.bakery were terrible, we never seen the bad quality of croissants before, texture were very hard, sticky and smelly ( unacceptable ) or if you want to try once in your life for bad bakery, don't forget to try.
7.bellman was not friendly and did not help us to carry our luggage, maybe we are Thai and made him did not pay attention for Thai people
From now on when people asked me how was my trip or any hotel recommend? in Phuket. For sure I'm not recommended.More
