We went as a family of five for our first night, the service was amazing considering we were in a ski resort, the food was all we needed after a long drive down and we have gone back multiple times.

Six adults and one toddler for lunch. The staff attitude was not the best, but did make a slight improvement when despite the fact they advertised a menu de jour we were told it was only available “ every 43rd of Octabuary” so we ate off the menu at what I felt were excessive pricing. The food was average the toddlers meal was poor value. Would we go back? No.

Poor service and really poor food. 14.50 euros for kids meals which comprised of a boiled hot dog sausage or nuggets and chips. Wife and friend foolishly ordered raclette, which came with some boiled spuds and supermarket charcuterie. Only so much melted cheese you can eat and after the kids had nicked the spuds and salami as they were still hungry, your 60 euros lighter for nowt but a clogged artery and some freaky cheese dreams. Biggest punch in the nuts was the bill, 175 euros for 4 kids meals and 3 adult ‘mains’. Utter tripe, left feeling like a right mug. Avoid avoid avoid.

The food and drink here was average, if rather over-priced. However, the staff at the restaurant could not have been ruder if they had tried. I've never experienced anything quite like it from the female staff at the bar. They scowled, refused to let us split our bill, ignored us, got aggressive when we had no change in coins, told us they were too busy to be bothering with us. In the end we actually felt threatened by one of the staff who insisted on knowing what we were having a private conversation about. I wouldn't visit here again if it was the only place to get food in the resort.

We were a party of 8 adults and 8 kids, so not easy to cater for. However, the service and food were top class so we ended up visiting this restaurant 4 or 5 times. The restaurant is well appointed anyway, but the owner Dirk and his wife came up with a few nice personal touches such as birthday cake and a personalised pizza for one of our party. Savoyard Burger was a highlight, but all of the food was exemplary. Would recommend to anyone.
