The restaurant is facing the fields and the lake of Neuchâtel; in the background, pretty amazing view on the Alps if you are lucky with the weather.
The service is nice, smiling people, but I would have appreciate if the bread crumbs had been removed off the table before they bring me the dessert.
The chef cooks fresh ingredients, the choice on the menu is only of 4 different dishes (4 starters - 4 main, 3 desserts), a sign of quality and seasonality respect.
