Great cream teas. Plenty of jam cream and large scones. Big tea pot and mugs which was nice. It's in a lovely location with nice food. You can sit outside overlooking the canal or inside which is cosy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Have visited before.

Enjoyed coffee and cake here while staying at the hotel. All the food is reasonably priced and the scones and cakes are delicious. Lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Friendly staff, great location - if you’re lucky you’ll get a plum table by the water. Menu of filled rolls, soup & baking. Our rolls & baking v good - only slight negative being its not cheap -£5 or thereabouts for a filled roll & salad leaves felt like city centre prices.

Visited today. Beautiful place, lots to see with boats coming through the locks. Had lovely coffees and tea. The selection of home baking was excellent, particularly good scones and strawberry tarts. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We found the Crinan Coffee Shop when we ventured to the end of the Crinan Canal to see the Sea Lock whilst on holiday in Oban.

We stopped for cake and tea and very nice it was. There was plenty of freshly baked produce and it was good value for money with very friendly and efficient service.

The shop was full of interesting historical items and was quaint.

It is ideally placed to have a look at the Sea Lock, boats and views and a good base for having a walk along the canal with a large public car park nearby.
