Large rooms, nice resort layout. Quite new and so looks very clean and facilities are good. There are just a number of things that they can still improve : - bar near the beach side is always closed, not sure why they even bother to have it there - hotel staff not familiar with local information. When we asked how far the resort is from Balicasag, the lady at the front desk said she's not sure, perhaps 20mins. Turned out to be a 1 hour boat ride. Same thing when I asked about Pamilacan island. - they made a few errors in billing and service reservations. We booked a day trip with van and 'all-in' package but the driver thought we only rented the van so we ended up paying for the entrance fees etc. Good thing we had enough cash, otherwise it would have been inconvenient, especially since there's no nearby ATM and the resort does not exchange foreign currency. They also messed up my booking for footspa with pedicure. Then had to cancel the pedicure booking 15mins before the appointment. - live music during Saturday night was good, just a bit too loud for our taste. We believe its the bass that does not sound good. - service is a bit too slow sometimes, they take time before they act on a request from guests. Despite these, the friendliness of the staff more than compensate for these service...More
