Mithi made me feel very safe- it was paradise. Everything I needed was on the resort so I didn’t even have to leave the grounds. So many good memories here. This is Unforgettable experience that I ever have. I also love the food and entertainment. The location and room and staff were fantastic
The villa where we stayed in was at the beachfront. Room and restroom are spacious. Aircon's working very well. Buffet area serves satisfying breakfast with so many choices All the staff are corteous and accomodating especially the drivers of the golf carts.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Mithi Resort and Spa in Bohol to caution potential guests. Despite initially booking a stay and receiving confirmation, my experience quickly soured due to the resort's unreliable reservation process and lack of accountability from their staff.
After making a direct booking and payment through their website, I received a reconfirmation email nearly two weeks later, only to be informed the next day that there was no availability for the date I had reserved. This sudden change left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations, causing undue stress and inconvenience.
Despite my numerous requests for a refund and attempts to resolve the situation, I encountered a frustrating lack of communication and assistance from the resort's management. Their failure to acknowledge their mistake and provide a satisfactory resolution reflects poorly on their customer service standards.
In comparison to my experiences with other hotels in Bohol, Mithi Resort and Spa's handling of this situation was deeply disappointing and infuriating. As travelers, we deserve transparency, reliability, and accountability from the establishments we choose to patronize.
I URGE PROSPECTIVE GUESTS TO EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN CONSIDERING MITHI RESORT AND SPA FOR THEIR ACCOMMODATIONS IN BOHOL. THERE ARE UNDOUBTEDLY MORE RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN THE AREA THAT PRIORITIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE.

Rooms recently done and v clean. V modern in style.
Unlike the rest of resort which are dated and need money spent on them.
Only one restaurant which was fine but for 3 meals a day not great. And it’s 1/2 hour to get anywhere else to eat.
Only 12 uncomfortable sunbeds , all under a tree.
I was really excited about this hotel when we booked. The one thing I’ll say that’s positive is that it’s a BEAUTIFUL setting. Pool overlooking the ocean which is very serene.
However, I’d rate this place 3 stars at best (maybe even 2 stars). The resort is extremely run down, probably hasn’t been updated since it’s opening 25 years ago….the food is almost inedible - I ordered pasta one night and couldn’t eat it. The rooms are very nondescript, just cement huts with very little charm. And the pool chairs are extremely uncomfortable- might I suggest the resort adds some cushions to them. The photos on the website don’t really describe the reality. If the resort put some effort into sprucing the place up (and getting a new chef) the hotel could be really amazing. Has a lot of potential, just not there right now.
