This attraction was on our Phuket City Tour. When you enter the Big Bee Farm you are greeted with a man holding the honeycomb frame covered in bees. Our guide gives us some information and then invites us to take the frame from the man. Being allergic to bees there was no way I was going to hold it. Do think carefully before doing this as a small boy went to hold the frame with his mother and promptly got stung in the face from a bee that flew off the frame. Inside we got a talk about the different types of honey they sold and got to try some. We couldn’t take the products back to Australia through customs anyway which they did tell us. The products were highly overpriced and in the end we bought an ice cream made from honey and that was it. Would not bother visiting but seems to be on most of the Phuket city tours

I went thinking I would have a tour of a farm. Not so which was disappointing. Was a honey product shop selling various honeys including medicinal honey. Some photos of people with bees on them but no tour. There was a man standing in a lawned area out back holding some bees.and these plants with polystyrene balls painted like bees on them. Not worth the taxi fair unless part of an existing tour I suggest you don’t go and save you money for something else.

This was a pointless visit. It’s basically a shop to buy honey. Just part of the day trip I was booked on or I would not have bothered going at all. Silly place

Went to see a bee farm but was instead ushered to a room where a sales rep started making sales.
Pros: learnt a few things about real and fake honey.
Cons: full of gimmick
Don't waste your time here.
