Thank you for your review. Our main goal is to assure that every guest has a positive experience while staying with us. From your review, I see that your experience was less than perfect for that I do apologize.
As for the shuttle schedule that you mention, during this period of the year, our schedule during the times between 4 and 6 pm, have been adjusted because of the amount of traffic we experience while picking up our guest from the Kata Noi and Kata beach area. To add to this challenge, the local government has now closed the beach road in front of the Kata Beach during the weekends starting on Friday and ending on Sunday night. I will be working with my receptionist and drivers to communicate clearly to all of our guests of these adjustments.
Our pool hours are from 7 am to 11 pm, and I apologize if the noise level was not to your liking. My receptionist are always monitoring the situation especially after 11 pm or before 7 am. Given that our hotel is situated with most of our rooms facing the center of our hotel, we work very hard to find a balance for all of our guest’s enjoyment.
As for the quality of our menu selections, I will bring this comment to our chef, again with the goal to assure that we provide excellent service and quality to each and every guest.
