I don’t know why some people say that stuff is friendly, because most of them barely know a few words in English, not to mention t any other foreign for them language.
First of all, hotel quite far from beaches, and you have to go back up the hill.
Breakfast normal, nothing special, all the time the same.
The most unpleasant situation happened with a small towel on which we dropt mango juice and ware going to wash it ourselves. We put in the wardrobe under our staff. I don’t know what they have been looking among our staff, but they found it (let’s say they did dust, despite dust remained), and wanted us to pay. We took it to laundry and they washed it really well, then my friend used it again. When we were checking out they checked the towel and asked us to pay for it, because it wasn’t white enough. There wasn’t any mango stains or something, just normal used towel. The staff member started to compare this towel with a pillow case, only one white thing in the room, because the rest of their sheets and towels were yellowish. I asked him why he didn’t compare with others towels, which looks much older and dirtier, he pretended didn’t understand me. They stopped only when we mentioned that according reservation we supposed to have slippers and bathrobes, which wasn’t provided, so if they wanted us to pay, we would ask for compensation as well.
So, if you want to go there bring your own towels.
