There is only a couple of cabanas on Isla Tigre, a traditional Kuna Indian community. The cabanas are extremely basic with no running water and some solar powered electricity. However, they are very close to the water, so you sleep at the sound of the waves. The restaurant serves fresh fish, plantains, and other basic items. Cost is cheap but transfer from and to the airport by boat is expensive, so keep it in mind when you book your accommodation.
