Not 5 star; 3 at best. Our room had been refurbed but bathroom had not which was not luxury!! No shower caps or supply of essentials. No safe in the room which resulted in me carrying cash, cards and jewellery with me at all times. Food was sub optimal with the exception of the salads at lunchtime. The staff in general were courteous and accomodating however........The 'entertainment' led by the asinine and insulting Mark Brewer was simply awful and insulting. The 80 minutes around the world turned Riverdance into a insulting Irish trope was then compounded by characterising the Scots' as irredeemable drunks was beyond the pale but at least the Welsh got off lightly. I di complain to 'Kurt' who tok my room number and advised that someone from management would contact me but surprise surprise did not.The Brexit Party finale put the tin hat on it!! If you want an all white English clientele who like to see their fellow Britishers insulted this is the place for you.

Room tip: Stay somewhere else!!

Just returned from Potters and had a good holiday . The food was good. Cleanliness everywhere good. Things to do daytime good Evening entertainment not quite up to usual standard,..it seemed a little bit disjointed with a lot waiting for cues . The man on the sound had a field day helping out the comic ,"kids enjoyment""with the Neon shadows. (saw it years ago.) and TOO LOUD MUSIC ..just because there was mostly Elderly --we are not all hard of hearing ...My advise is to go to Potters when there is a**** starred show or Big band ??Tribute show. Still enjoyed the holiday (the sun had got his hat on ).I will go again..If they let me in .

We have never been to Potters before and only heard of it through their television coverage on bowels so we were both pleasantly surprised how much more they offer. We booked a midweek break which was adult inspired. You arrive on the Monday to check in by 14:00. Hilary on Reception was very helpful providing us with our keys, resort cards(which you can use to bill things to your room) you also need to show these when going into the Atlas Theatre. We were also given a resort map and our daily entertainment programme and a questionnaire. Then we were told which car park was nearest to our room which would then be our designated car park. This saves you bringing all your luggage in first. Luckily I knew this when I phoned first to ask about parking.

We had a Penthouse room which was perfect. It was spotlessly clean with a king size bed and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with a telly to watch for a truly indulgent soak. There was a huge walk in shower too. We also had a sink each. Debbie and Hayley did our room each day and left us fun animal towels on the bed. In our room we had a dressing gown and slippers each plus two swimming towels to take with us either to the pool or beach. If you wanted to look out to sea there was a telescope in the room. There was a well stocked kitchenette with tea coffee hot chocolate etc a fridge too.

We had a table for two in the Garden Restaurant this would be our table for the whole time we where there. In the price you can have four meals a day these are breakfast, lunch, dinner and if you want a midnight feast too. So much food and a good selection each day. We mainly skipped lunch as breakfast and dinner were more than enough. We were served by Sam for all our meals, she is a credit to Potters a bubbly lovely young lady. Nothing was too much trouble.

Potters provide lots of activities for you to choose so if you have ever fancied trying say archery 🏹 then this is a perfect way to try it. They have a timetable of morning activities leading to lunch then afternoon leading to dinner. The evening entertainment is there but if you don’t wish to do this there is the Terrace Bar. The evening entertainment in the Atlas Theatre is excellent, performances by the Potter Theatre company. So much work went into entertaining us it was just like going to a Westend show.

Each day you had various quizzes and bingo with prizes which we won four bottles and two 🏅

I could carry on writing this review as there was so much to say but mainly I think you need to go there yourself to see what we mean.

Every single person we came across that worked at Potters was helpful. All the entertainers were happy and fun and made you feel like it was one big happy family reunion. We would definitely go back for another midweek break.

Had a 5 day break at Potters. Lovely bungalow accommodation, 4 meals a day included, with great choice and served with a smile. Fab staff in all departments, and great entertainment/ shows put on every night. During the day we had a go at Segway, archery, clay shooting, curling, bowls, table tennis, dancing, ten pin bowling, quizzes, sauna, jaccuzi & swimming. I had an indulgent afternoon in Aphrodite spa and had an hour lava shell massage, Bare Minerals make up lesson, and lash treatment.
We chose an adult only break..and although many of the adults were seniors, this wasn't off-putting as they were a goodnatured crowd and great fun to be around.
I've never ever had this type of holiday before, but can't wait to return.
