We trust them and we had a bad holiday , old rooms , not hot water , breakfast finish at 09,30 am , bad restaurant , the pool is fine but the staff never clean tables , beach nice no staff , always sorry and sorry they overt charge us

The staff of this resort were amazingly helpful and eager to please. The rooms we used looked out onto the beach, which treated us daily to spectacular views. It’s a short walk down to a quiet and relaxing day either on the beach or by the pool. Our family had a wonderful week-long holiday. Janelle.

booked this hotel when we arrived did not have the rooms we booked so we decided to book another due to the fact they over booked us, still tuck £595 out of my account have reported as fraud don't trust this hotel .

Do NOT BOOK this hotel ..scammers i just had the worst experience ever ..i arrived today the 7 of January 2019 at 1.45 pm at the hotel that i reserved and paid for and they told me that they were sorry but my room had a problem with water and air conditionning and they try to fix it but it was not good , so they did not have a room for me ..i ask to see it but the manager or assistant manager with the fake name on his badge "Maxim" refused , well i clearly understood why because we were about 10 people in the same situation ..so basically what they do they overbook the hotel and i m sure it s on regular basis , then offer to give you a option plan B somewhere else , except that i went to check the places it was 2 right next door to them ..it was Horrible and did not fit the standard i sign for originally ..noisy , depressing and right next to huge constructions sooo loud ! I refused they were upset and were making me feel guilty for not agreeing to go there ! Honestly the behavior was outrageous i don t want no one to go through that ..i had to argue loud after they made me waist 3 hours of my time , they ruined my afternoon my flight leave early next morning the 8 of january 2019. So i had to book another place last mn and requested a refund ..of course they said that they ll contact Agoda for total refund i booked through Booking.com who has a deal with Agoda obviously, not trusting them i requested a printed letter prove that i ll get a refund . So if you want to avoid headache or bad suprise DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL . I ll complain to the main Amarin office in Vietnam .They are not professional they don t deserved the 4 stars they have with the terrible service . Trust me you ll be dissapointed

I don’t know how to say about this but pls consider anja beach resort or princess of moonrise. the staff is blur and unable to speak English. Somehow the bell boy is very kind and helpful. On my day of arrival, the receptionist at the counter took my phone and put it inside the counter (I’m showing her the agoda booking no), after couple minutes she didn’t return it back, due to Long connecting flight from sg-hcm-phu quoc, i was so tired and panic looking for my phone. I have to go find my iPhone app and called up the taxi driver that fetch us (since the hotel have shuttle service but will never respond to your email) the taxi came back and we searched the whole taxi and of course couldn’t find any. It’s like a signs for me to ask her after 20 minutes of searching and she still seems blur. I then saw my phone on the counter (inner counter next to P.C.) the staff keep apologies. on my last day of staying the receptionist call and inform me to choose what’s for my breakfast menu, they cant do breakfast buffet for us since there’s only 2 room guest occupied the hotel and it’s not worth it. That was all the cons, The pros was, they changed towel and clean your room on daily basis without u need to inform them.
