Hotel is good, food and beach are awesome, the employees are friendly and smiling, we felt very comfortable. Strong recommendations. the room was quite clean, towels were changed and cleaned daily. the water in the pools was also clean...

It was a really nice trip with my friend. Brilliant service, drinks, good swimming pools and much more. The weather was great, so we had nice time here. Thank you so much for this vacation. Beach was near the hotel, food was very tasty. Everything perfect.

Wifi and Air Conditioning doesn't work. The manager and maintenance will tell you it does, but it doesn't. And if it does somehow switch on, it will be very weak and very loud. Room quality is bad. Had to change rooms 3 times in 6 days.
Reception manager is very rude and does not try help. Instead claims everything works.
No AC in such a hot country made sleeping so difficult. We complained every night, but they kept telling us it was ok.
Manager is refusing to offer us any form of a refund or money back on our stay and just keeps offering to bounce us from room to room. Don't stay at this hotel.

Royal Hamamet is the best hotel. I recommend it to every one who wants to have fun and relax in the same time. Food is great. Room was clean. Pool is nice. Location is great. Good for families and couples. Sometimes is windy. Animators is excellent special one with the curly hair. 👌🌴
