Dear Sir, Madam

Thank you for your comments about your stay in our hotel Ibis Caen Porte de Bretagne !

We are glad your visit met your expectations as its situation near main roads and the quietness/comfortness of the stay, our hotel was refurnished this year and we are really happy you liked it.

This is one of two ibis hotels in the same area just off the Caen ring road and highway southwest to Avranches.
This has a Courtepaille restaurant attached.
Check-in was quick. Room x03 is close to elevator but in quiet corner -- awesome location. Clean room. Water pressure in shower is good.
Arrived during 30+C weather, AC worked flawless!
Breakfast is worth the €6 to start your day.

We were there 3 nights while on a tour. They do not furnish wash cloths or hand towels. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They have a nice Europeon breakfast buffet. Our major complaint was the air conditioner would not cool down. We mentioned it often but it was not fixed.

We stayed 3 nights at this location and enjoyed our stay. We got upgraded to a family room with 3 twin beds with one of the beds on the other side of the bathroom. There is no real storage for your clothes or other items in this room. They tease you by providing a drawing of a storage unit as part of the decore.

The parking lot is secure. There is a Grille Courtepaille attaches to the Ibis and a McDonald's in the same compound. There is also a grocery store close by. We ate breakfast at the Ibis one day and they provide paper bags so you can eat on the run.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Stayed here for three nights and it's a good hotel to stay at.
It's attached to a nice restaurant too.
The hotel was Reasonably priced, staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were lovely.
Seems like the hotel is undergoing a facelift because the lounge area was under construction and some places were finished.
The rooms and corridors themselves were nice.
The rooms were very modern and cosy.
The beds were comfortable and I slept like a log :)
And the showers are brilliant.
Safe to say we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!!
