Owner description: The boardwalk at Smögen is in the summertime one of Sweden´s most popular tourist destinations. It is located along the south side of Smögen´s old fishing port. The wooden boardwalk which is about 1000 metres long starts at the fishmarket in the eastern part of the harbour. It has a huge variety of shops, cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. At the end of the boardwalk lies Vallevik.

Great to have a walk on the Smögenbryggan! A lot of typical summer shops in the small fishing cottages... At the very end you find the cutest fishing cottages! There are also quite some nice cafes, restaurants and bars, good for an easy sea food lunch, a glass of wine or a great dinner. The high season is from mid June to end of August. Then you have all shops and restaurants open. From September to May less shops and less restaurants open, but extremely cosy and refreshing!

Enjoy your walk along the small fishing village which comes out of a fairy tail story, it's worth spending a few days here actually...

Here you can walk along the key and watch all the beautiful boats that are moored up Have a prawn sandwich and a beer in one of the many restaurants and bars. Or you can shop for clothes. The ferry takes you to Hållö another beautyful small island just a short trip away. Expect it to be very busy from mid June to mid August.
