Paradise inn (don't be deceived by the name)

My experience here is the worst. When we arrive after a 7 hour road travel (plus the traffic), we wanted to rest for a bit before we start doing things that needs to be done(meal preparation, etc.).

The air-condition is not fully working due to low voltage. The owner assured us that the low voltage issue would only last for a day (we booked for 3 days and 2 nights stay for 20k, 10k/day).

We endured the heat in the place and humidity knowing that it would only last for a day. the owner says that they have a generator as a back-up power supply (Hopes Up). when the generator is running, the ac works a bit okay. then after an hour or two, they will turn off the generator again since they mentioned that it would be cost them a lot for the gasoline because it's expensive.

so Imagine, staying in this place that you would have to mind the heat when you need to sleep or rest. not to add the heat outside of the rooms.

although we requested for an extra fan, it's still cannot regulate the heat.

we went here after our night shift and traveled almost 6 to 7 hours and all there is are the mental stress on how their facilities made us suffer.

also, the water supply are very salty, you cant use it for cooking, the soap won't even produce a bubble when you are taking a bath. you cant even brush your teeth with it, That's how salty their water supply is.

the interior of the place is commendable but the experience with the place is like suffering from hell. we went here to relax and get some peace of mind for ourselves. but since the owner did not disclosed all those things, it added to the stress that we already had from weeks of working.

It felt like they didn't care about their customers. so we ended-up checking out early instead of embracing our suffering in the place.

when the owner heard about it, the owner went crazy over the phone. but skipping all that. we still manage to talked about the reason why we are leaving. and the owner makes it like it's our fault instead of apologizing.

we never heard any apology or anything at all.

i hope this review would serve as a reference. not to hate but to spread awareness and avoid places like this.

I would also have to commend their crew, they are very nice. but they have no choice but to obey they're boss since we noticed that some of them are staying in the resort.

I hope they will improve their place and provide an outstanding experience for their future customers, If they can't, It would be better for them to stop operating.
