Very Nice hotel. Hotel is in kriens and we love the location of hotel. Location is very peaceful and away from busyness of Lucerne city. It is super convenient to go to Lucerne city via bus and train. Both are convenient but we have preferred bus for going to Lucerne. This hotel give free transportation pass for local travel. We have used this pass daily to go to Mt Pilatus and Lucerne city. Bus stop is at walking distance and it is advisable to use Google map to see bus timings and route. Bus timings are perfectly synced with Google map. We have used the passes and bus transportation to go to Indian hotels in Lucerne name “The Indian restaurant”.

Further rooms are spacious and big. Washroom is also very nice. Room is not having kettle for hot water. Same can be rented from reception. We have also rented universal plug for charging our devices.

Staff at reception are very helpful and can speak English. They also guide you, how to reach destinations that you want to go.

Aldi grocery store is at walking distance. We have taken fruits, water bottles and bakery items from Aldi store.

Breakfast is very nice and have good variety of food to choose from. Sitting is also very nice. Hotel only serve breakfast. For lunch and breakfast, you have to go outside. Nearby you can found some restaurants. But I have preferred to go to Lucerne city for taking food via bus, which was super convenient.

You can also take bus to mount Pilatus very easily from nearest bus stop. Overall my stay is very satisfactory in this hotel.

We stayed here as a stop over on our way from Italy. The hotel was easy to find and even though it was not near the centre of Lucern it was only 2 stops on the train. The station and bus stops were within walking distance and we were given a free city pass.
If you didn’t want to go into the centre there was a restaurant and a Macdonalds nearby.

the hotel brand stand for own services at an easy check in and comfortable room with the standard amenities including the parking space for a car and the free public transportation providing from the hotel. There are a family travelers with two reservations adjoining the room which the hotel services would be unlocking the door to connect all family travelers to be walking through both hotel rooms. the location is good within the area of the train station, grocery store and restaurant. Switzerland is the most beautiful country with all mountains and the view of this hotel is a plus on the summer trips.
