This place gets booked up so be sure to book a few days before you want to eat here. The owners (wife cooks, husband serves tables) are delightful, really friendly and helpful. The food is awesome, we shared a starter of cheese pastries, which were lovely, the had a raceltte for two, which was awesome. A plate full of beautiful potatoes and charcuterie meats (although my partner is pescatarian and they swapped the meat for smoked salmon on request, and a huge wedge of raclette cheese... we barely made a dent in it! It was sooo tasty and we wish we could have finished it. Lovely wine as well, recommended by the owner. All in all a highly recommended restaurant if you are staying in Les Arcs 1800.

My wife and I went to Chez Clarisse on our last evening in Les Arcs. It takes a bit of finding being at the far end of the shopping area but is well worth it. The owner and his staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. It is tiny - so book ahead - but the food was delicious; I had the Croiziflette but can't remember what my wife chose.

The only small negative was the half hotel of rose wine that tasted more like sherry but otherwise we can highly recommend a visit.

Cozy, intimate restaurant with friendly service and delicious local specialities. Probably the best cheese fondue I have ever tasted. 100% recommended!

Cannot recommend this highly enough... the service is so personal and the food is wonderful. Had the best tartiflette and trio along with some delicious puddings... cafe gourmand and chocolate mouelleux. .. The owner was so friendly and indulged my daughter who is learning French at uni. We shall definitely return. If you are a couple and fancy a romantic meal there is a high table for two with the most amazing views. A real gem... You need to book.

Excellent place to eat in les Arcs 1800. Very attentive service, food is superb, so good we went back a few days later for lunch. Raclette, tartiflet, salads, all top notch.
