The hotel is based in a great location, but unfortunately there is no improvement for at least 15 years.

First of all the receptionist gave us a room that was dirty and without any sheets or towels, after A complain they change the room.

The shower is very old fashion to turn on you have to pull back and twist to have cold/hot water, I must confess it has taken me while to figure this out, actually I needed to call to the concierge to explain how to turn it on ( very awkward situation )

The swimming pool is in the roof but when you look up you can see a very old ARUA HOTEL signs, it gave me an impression it'd fall over any second.

in the room where I stayed it was faced to an old building and it was very scary.

They don't have 24h room service and the restaurant was closed for few hours, so you have no change to have any food or drinks.

Staff are friendly, but I have asked for a cab, and they called a taxi driver who started charge since of the place where he has came from, I wasn't happy about it at all very dishonest and since I have complained I never heard any word back.

Well, in a lack of other alternatives or if you really like old fashioned style, this hotel maybe an option.
The wifi internet is free, but extremely slow and unreliable. The hotel facilities is old and need an urgent renovation. The elevators need maintenance, as well as the air conditioners. The bathroom is remarkable old fashioned with a very old style bidet.
The breakfast is free and average good.
The cleaning of the dependences is adequate.
There is an available parking and valets. I didn't used a rental but I witnessed some guests complaining about the vallets overall efficience.
Their restaurant is good.
I waited 20 minutes to make my checking out.
The price is too much high for this place.
Conclusion: last option in Presidente Prudente city in Business travel.

It is sad that the city of Presidente Prudente does not have hotels compatible with its local wealth - and Arua is no exception. This hotel needs urgent investment, otherwise it may not be able to keep up with major hotel chains such as Accor/Ibis in case they show up in the upcoming years.

Arua's rooms are dark and mediocre at best, and their decor seems to have been stuck in time for the last 30 years, with no major updates in furnitures and appliances. With no central cooling system, the individual air conditioning units are noisy and can be really annoying if one (like me) has light sleep.

Service, on the other hand, is corteous and friendly as much as possible.
