This place was dirty and cold with terrible amenities. Doors were wide open when I hot there in the freezing cold. No shower head. The stirs to get there rewire the fitness of an Olympic athlete. I don't know what the travel agent paid, definitely only a budget option.

Pros: (2*)
1. Low cost
2. Good location - Very centrally placed
3. Early check-in was facilitated

Cons:
1. Hard to reach with lots of stairs to climb to reach the place. Futher, the reception is also 3 floors above with no elevator.
2. Very bad maintenance - The sheets were not changed and paint was chipping off. The tv was not functional and geyser gave hot water for 5 mins exactly and took about 45 mins to heat.
3. Very very cold inside the room (read colder than the weather outside!!) - No heaters available even on request and the blanket was flimsy and not clean.
4. Food here was terrible and not worth eating - Would suggest nearby cafes like Tibet Kitchen and Cafe Tibet cafe.

Overall would not recommend unless you have absolutely no other option (and even then I'd say think twice!)

We booked this hotel by agoda, we arrived there next day in the middle of the night and at reception we found surprised guy telling us that hotel is fully booked. He made call to his boss and he tell us that we booked this by mistake... We insisted that it is the middle of the night and we need accommodation then suddenly it turned out that one room would be found - of course with less standard that we booked.

Next day we went to hotel restaurant we waited about 20 minutes for staff then we asked someone for take an order. After next 20 minutes waiter told us that guy responsible for making meal for us went somewhere so we need to wait half an hour. Seriously butter toasts, porridge and tea were rocket science and needed to prepare almost 1 hour?
