Checked in for 1 night in november.
Shower broken...no hot water..
T.v not working n would stop half way...cockroaches in bed!
Made us pay in advance.
It was freezing and heater not working.
No support with any of above when we complained

The owner refused to give any discount....and he bullied us till we paid.
This hotel should be banned, it was so bad.
It ruined our stay.

overall very good exprience of hotel in terms of good service, big rooms, tasty food. hotel is just 200m from Bhagsu nag temple. very good hotel staff...we had celebrated Diwali with them and fired crackers with them. cottage rooms are on 4th floor so got snow mountain view from room balcony. they got room heaters also and water kettle. they do have elevator also

Room tip: do select cottage rooms so that can have mountain views

It is indeed the worst hotel I hv ever stayed in. Disgusting rooms which are not at all well maintained. No privacy in rooms has all the superior rooms have a common terrace. The passage outside the rooms are no less than a old broken building. U hv to climb atleast 12-13 stairs to go to the lobby n then can access the lift. The lift doesnt work most of the time due to the power cut. The staircases don’t hv side rails which become extremely risky for old people n kids. No wheelchair service available. No hot water supply before 8 am which caused great inconvinece as we had to leave early morning. The wifi doesnt work on iphones which I saw for the first time in any hote n the staff hardly bother about that. My mother could not go to have breakfast in the resturant due to the lift not working. So we requested the staff to serve her breakfast in room. He denied doing it n asked us to take her food. The breakfast buffet is also very bad with hardly any food options. Its an extremely cheap hotel with just a 3 star tag.

Went to Dharamshala, during our mid-term break for trekking. We were recommended Spring Valley Resorts by one of my friends' relative. The resort has recently added cottages, so we decided to book a deluxe cottage. The cottage is spacious and has 2 bed rooms. Our cottage had access to Internet and had beautiful view of the Triund peak. The cottage also had balcony from where we could enjoy the morning breeze. The resort also has a multi-cuisine restaurant which serves delicious and freshly prepared food.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is not a resort by any means. Hotel was kept well and staff was good. The Bhagsunag temple and waterfall is at walking distance. There are many eateries and shops near by. Good for family as well as couple too.
