We had a third floor, west facing sea-view room which provided a continuous source of entertainment as we watched people on the beach and the ebb and flow of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bedroom was functional but the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was more than adequate and the location within walking distance of the town centre was an added bonus. And, of course, it wasn't that expensive.
We used the underground secure carpark, which was an extra but if we had parked our car on the sea front road we would still have had to pay. There's no free parking, as far as we could find.
If we had a complaint it was only about the poor choice of English language television. Only one American news channel was available (no BBC) and it's news coverage was very poor and repetitive.
If a independent family hotel can offer over 150 channels, including 6 British domestic channels why can't a chain of hotels like Accor offer a better choice?

Room tip: Get a sea view on the third floor

Upon arrival it looked very nice. a small hotel opposite a quiet beach 5 mins to Deauville. Upon check-in the receptionist gives us info, one being unlimited tea coffee complimentary!

rooms were ok a bit basic. we had a twin and a double room separated from the rest of the rooms with an outer door.
our bed was ok but our kids ones were uncomfortable.

the room was too hot on a couple of occasions and even with window open it wasn't enough! air con was rubbish!

asked for a cup of ice and given 3 ice cubes! repeated i wanted a cup and the receptionist looked at me and said I cant, I'll give you a couple more, I point to the bar and thought you have a bar why cant you just give me a cup of ice! it's water!

On 3rd night my daughter wanted a hot choc. we had got back late from sightseeing and decide to get out free unlimited complimetary drink and literally got our head bitten off my the male behind reception saying its too late, we have to pay for it! And all sorts of excuses!

They have a kettle with paper cups and a few sachets of tea and coffee and that is your complimentary drinks!

You have to pay for parking as well when there was loads of space on the roads!

however certain areas will charge in July and August so beware...

Breakfast was ok, again average. bread, croissants, cake 2 yogurts a fruit bowl and cornflakes! You get fed up after a couple of days!

Nice room, clean and perfect. Best see view and amazing flux and reflux. See theme is in style of the hotel. Price is reasonable. Little village is unforgettable. We suggest to visit typical French restaurant La Gogaille.

You can walk everywhere from this hotel or take a tourist train around the town. The rooms are quiet and breakfast is excellent. Ask for a room on the forth floor facing the pont de Normandy !! There is parking in front of the hotel. On the parking lot is a fish market to have some oysters and a glass of wine !

Room tip: 4 th floor facing the pont de normandy

This is a hotel in a very good location, but we felt let down by the lack of evening meals. ,Although it was advertised as having a menu of bar meals , we were only offered Croque Monsieur, which when we got it was frozen in the centre and had to be re-heated. Considering the nearest restaurant was a good half hours walk away, we feel the hotel should not have offered a service which it could not fulfil
