A Set choice menu of 3 is great especally fo the kitchen on a big night. I was a bit suprise with the choices for main but entree and dessert were perfect.
I had cured King-fish superb, fresh and perfect size. The mains i had to choose from Pork, Fish and PIthivier of Mushroom (Vegetarian) i felt is unusual (If you don't eat and don't feel eating fish and Vegetarian as a last option is strange. Anyway the fish was beautiful, Rock Flathead filet but far overcooked (we were a table of 8 and restaurant was very busy). The dessert was the highlight the Apple confit with Burn Butter Ice-cream was outstanding i could have eaten one after after one...
Overall great night, service very professional/mature and the wine selection is incredible.
