Clean, modern, well equipped, daily service, central Fitzroy - this was the perfect place for a group of four friends to enjoy Melbourne for the weekend.

Only downside was street noise does filter in the windows on Friday and Saturday night. But not sure you could find somewhere so well located where this isn't an issue ?

I had a top floor corner one bed apartment. It looks on to the car park next door out the bedroom and living room side window and on the balcony side. But the views are good out the back of the apartment, over roof tops and good distant views. It was very quiet. Only complaint was a few hairs on the pillows/sheets but it seemed the linen was definitely washed and fresh. Also a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, clean everywhere else. I would definitely stay here again - its quiet, great location, and a good size, with excellent air con. Staff at reception were friendly and professional, they go out of their way to help you.

I loved our apartment.

You have everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room area, separate bedroom area with sliding door and a high spec bathroom with washer and dryer. We had a balcony but no view but to be honest I preferred being away from the Main Street as we had no traffic noise. We checked in at 2am and were given instructions on how to enter the building and access our room which all went smoothly thankfully. Had a few issues with wifi but this seemed to sort itself out. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Fitzroy district which is a much more chilled area than Melbourne City. Great place for veggie restaurants and quirky shops. Would recommend these apartments if you need a home from home.

We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe apartment for 5 nights and loved it. The apartment was very quiet, modern, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. I would have liked to take the kitchen home! We chose the location because it was walking distance to the Flower and Garden Show. However it was so much more than that. There's a handy Coles supermarket next door as well as an Endota Spa and a couple of gyms. Around the corner is Brunswick Street with countless cafes, bars and restaurants, ranging from Mod Oz to Russian, Spanish, Greek, Afghan, Thai, Indian and more, including vegan and vegetarian. Brilliant! Did I mention cakes? A short walk in the other direction is Lygon Street, Carlton with its many Italian eateries, shops and the Nova cinema. Transport is excellent with frequent trams and several routes to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: 4th floor at the back was very quiet and sunny.

Great location, great parking, great service. Comfy bed, only down fall would be the bathroom- as it's all open for wheelchair access, which is great if needed but it does make for a very wet entire floor together with very poor shower pressure and luke warm water it wasn't pleasant.
