Fantastic little hotel/pub nestled in a rural area of Gloucester.

It’s a great location to explore the Cotswold. Visit the historic town of Tetbury - if you love antiques. Or you can visit Westonbirt forest or Highgrove Gardens, or simply just take a country walk.

Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable - super large king size bed. We had a great evening meal (I highly recommend the black pepper fried squid) and breakfast was included. At £53 quid, it’s a bargain.

Thanks to Dan and his team for a great, welcoming service. We will be back. .

Room tip: You need a car as it is very rural.

Stayed Monday to Thursday with my family and dog. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and especially Dan (manager), nothing was to much trouble. We stayed in a dog friendly room which was ideal for our family and our little fur ball. It was great that we were allowed to take the dog in the main hotel when we went in for meals. Fabulous food and a lovely atmosphere at Hunters Hall, thank you to everyone for a lovely short break!
Local area great for lovely dog walks!
Can’t wait to return at Christmas time x
I would highly recommend a visit.
